March 2024 marks the five-year anniversary since the Auburn’s men’s basketball program, led by head coach Bruce Pearl who was in his fifth season on the Plains, made its historic run to the Final Four of the NCAA Tournament – the Tigers’ first Final Four appearance.

Going into Saturday, Auburn could have finished as high as second and as low as sixth in the SEC.

But the Tigers handled business with a 14-point dismantling of Georgia – defeating the Bulldogs 92-78 and earning the No. 4 seed in the SEC Tournament and a double bye to start the postseason.

Auburn aims to improve its seeding in the SEC and NCAA Tournament this Saturday as the Tigers (23-7, 12-5 SEC) take on Georgia (16-14, 6-11 SEC) in the regular-season finale and the Tigers’ Senior Night.

Auburn guard Honesty Scott-Grayson was selected to the All-SEC First Team, the conference announced Tuesday morning.

Scott-Grayson, who is the SEC's second-leading scorer only behind LSU's Angel Reese, is averaging 18.4 points per game while shooting 41.9% from the field and 31.2% from the three-point line.

Auburn now knows what its 2024 schedule looks like.

On Wednesday, the SEC officially revealed the order of Auburn’s 2024 SEC schedule. The conference previously revealed what SEC teams Auburn would play over the 2024 season in June.

The Tigers’ week one opponent was confirmed Wednesday night as the ESPN broadcast revealed Auburn would host FCS opponent Alabama A&M to kick off the season.
